The transfer service must be requested at reception until 20H (maximum hour) of day before to proceed with the sheduling.
Cancellation Policy
– The customer can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. The client must pay the price of the first night if he cancels within 2 days of the date of arrival. Except during the period from July 1 to August 31, in which cancellation is free up to 5 days before the date of arrival. After this period will be charged the entire reservation;
– In case of no-show – at the show – full reservation will be charged;
– Special offers have specific cancellation policies and should be consulted individually;
– All prices mentioned include VAT at the rate in force.
